Garlic and Ginger Japanese Style Juicy Fried Chicken
I simply marinate chicken thigh in Soy sauce, Mirin, ginger powder, garlic powder, and black pepper for a while and then dress them with flour and deep fry it.
A little tip is to add those ginger powder and garlic powder more than you think it’s enough so it come out full of the flavors in your mouth and also through your nose when you bite😁 Mmmmmm🤤💕
I always ended up eating too much of it as I love it too much🤣
