Cinnamon Raisin Bread – First Attempt
In our home, my husband is the baker and I’m the chef. This was his first attempt at making cinnamon raisin bread. We are big fans of Dave’s Killer Bread, especially their raisin bread. So my husband thought to try making some homemade raisin bread. He misses all the delicious quick grab and go bakeries in Tokyo, so he has begun learning how to bake different things at home. He wanted a bread loaf with lots of raisins, cinnamon with a nice rich flavor on top.
He was quite happy about the outcome of his first attempt. It didn’t last more than a day in our house. Our 8 and 3 year old loved it and keeps asking papa to make it again. 🙂

And the cinnamon raisin bread fresh out of the oven!
