<p>I have absolutely fallen in love with this heart-healthy apple salad. Everything about it is perfect. The quantity and complementary tastes of each ingredient gives you that perfect mouthful of explosive tastes with each bite. And the best thing is, it&#8217;s super healthy. To go with the healthiest option, opt-out of making candied pecans and just add pecans. Healthier for you and also makes the prep time much less. </p>



<p>Enjoy having fun tossing this salad, making your own homemade dressing, and enjoy it until the last bite. Honestly, it&#8217;s so good, that I need to come up with another salad recipe so that I can alternate. I&#8217;d would be so sad to grow old of this one&#8230;it&#8217;s just perfect!</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Colorful dish</h4>



<p>I love a dish like this colorful tuna salad that has many colors (but not artificial colors though.) because I can enjoy the beauty of the dish with my eyes and it makes me into a bright mood before I enjoy the taste of it. I feel like it could even be considered as a course meal itself as you enjoy the look first with your eyes, then enjoy it with your mouth next 🙂</p>



<p>One of the things I do and enjoy, when I make some dishes, is trying to make them look beautiful. To me, cooking is one of my artistic works. The biggest part of the art is when I serve on a plate and decorate the food I just finished making, but it&#8217;s not only that and there are many other parts to enjoy the artistic sides along the whole process of cooking dishes. I&#8217;m often mesmerized by the beauty of the natural colors of food like vegetables and fruits.</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Colorful Tuna Salad</h4>



<p>So this night, I was really excited when I made this colorful tuna salad as I was cutting all the ingredients which were avocado, onion, yellow paprika, and red paprika while I was feeling like I was getting all the bright energy from all the beautiful vivid colors of them. It was really fun as well to see each color were getting layered one by one on top of other colors when they were being served on the plate. </p>

<p>I love this dish because it checks so many boxes off as it gives you extra fun when you are preparing, has the beautiful combination of all the colors for your eyes to enjoy, it also tastes really good when all the ingredients are mixed together with the dressing in your mouth, and furthermore, it gives you all the different vitamins and other important nutrients such as vitamin C, iron, fiber, vitamin B6,  vitamin B12, magnesium, calcium, omega 3, protein, etc.</p>

<p>My review of Ron Herman Cafe and their amazing roast chicken Mexican cobb salad. This time, I visited their branch in Futako Tamagawa, Tokyo for brunch. They have multiple locations throughout Japan, such as in Roppongi, Sendagaya, Tsujido, Kyoto, Kobe and Fukuoka.</p>



<p>Futako Tamagawa is one of the cities that has dramatically changed over the years, and it now quite a sophisticated city that people enjoy visiting. As the area has grown, the Ron Herman brand decided to open one of their cafe locations, to match the style and people now visiting the area. </p>



<p>Since I wanted to have something that is not only healthy but also tasty, I decided to try their Roast Chicken Mexican Cobb Salad. As you can see in the picture, all the colors of the dish made me excited to eat it, and as I expected it was very delicious and also filled my stomach quite well.</p>

<p>I always love food that’s delicious for both eyes and mouth, because I believe food is an enjoyable thing both visually and tastefully. </p>



<p>I would like to go back and try their pancakes, while sitting on the outdoor wooden deck, while enjoying conversation with my friends over brunch.</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve been making a lot of Shabu Shabu style dishes recently. Mostly because I went to my local Japanese supermarket and stocked up on a lot of Shabu Shabu meat (as I can&#8217;t find butchers or American grocery stores that know how to slice meat this thin). I guess using this kind of meat is not common for most American dishes, but you simply can&#8217;t make Shabu Shabu without thinly sliced meat. </p>
