16ozStrawberries16-32oz of Strawberries or as much as you'd like
Instructions
Finely chop your chocolate on a cutting board and set aside (this is done so that it melts quickly)
Line a baking try with parchment paper
Rinse all strawberries in a bowl and then hand dry with paper towels and then evenly place them on your parchment paper.
Fill a large pot with water (half full) and place on the stove. Place your metal or glass bowl so that it's floating on top of the water in your large pot.
Bring the water to a slow boil. While heating up, place your finely chopped chocolate into your floating bowl.
Stir slowly until chocolate is completely melted.
Dip strawberries one by one into the chocolate and then place on your parchment paper. Repeat this step until you have covered all strawberries.
Once you have covered all strawberries with chocolate, place your baking tray into the fridge to quickly cool the chocolate. Let them chill for at least 1 hour.
Eat them fresh out of the fridge (chilled) or enjoy them at room temperature.
Notes
Tips: Leave on the stems. It makes it easier to consume with your hands.Mix it up and have fun melting different chocolates (Dark, Milk, White). You will then have a nice colorful try of delicious fresh strawberries covered in chocolate goodness!
