  • 1 Cooking Pot

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Finely chop your chocolate on a cutting board and set aside (this is done so that it melts quickly)
  • Line a baking try with parchment paper
  • Rinse all strawberries in a bowl and then hand dry with paper towels and then evenly place them on your parchment paper.
  • Fill a large pot with water (half full) and place on the stove. Place your metal or glass bowl so that it's floating on top of the water in your large pot.
  • Bring the water to a slow boil. While heating up, place your finely chopped chocolate into your floating bowl.
  • Stir slowly until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Dip strawberries one by one into the chocolate and then place on your parchment paper. Repeat this step until you have covered all strawberries.
  • Once you have covered all strawberries with chocolate, place your baking tray into the fridge to quickly cool the chocolate. Let them chill for at least 1 hour.
  • Eat them fresh out of the fridge (chilled) or enjoy them at room temperature.

Notes

Tips: Leave on the stems. It makes it easier to consume with your hands.
Mix it up and have fun melting different chocolates (Dark, Milk, White). You will then have a nice colorful try of delicious fresh strawberries covered in chocolate goodness!
