]]> My first attempt at making Chimichurri sauce. Because of Covid, we haven’t been able to enjoy eating out lately and I’ve been missing the opportunity to enjoy a nice steak. And I really like this sauce on my steak. So I thought, why not try making it myself.

Here is a photo of the result. The taste was good enough, but not exactly what I was hoping for. I would love to hear your recipes and suggestions, as I’m still on the hunt for a good Chimichurri recipe.
