<p>My organic Ebi Mayo recipe, which is my favorite prawn dish. It&#8217;s so yummy! I bet you will be addicted once you try this dish! I got the idea from a Japanese Izakaya we used to go to in Shibuya, Tokyo. My husband also loves this dish and he was happy to see that I attempted to make it, since we can no longer go to our regular izakaya in Tokyo.</p>



<p>This Ebi Mayo recipe calls for Japanese mayonnaise. Japanese mayonnaise is quite different in taste to American mayonnaise. If you just made a face of disgust, due to thought of eating American mayonnaise, I&#8217;m with you and let me tell you, this taste nothing like it. You might actually really enjoy it. And if you do enjoy American mayonnaise, you may also enjoy this different tasting mayonnaise. </p>

<p>This is one of my special creations. I&#8217;ve been making it for several years now. It&#8217;s one of my husband&#8217;s favorite pasta dishes, although he typically sticks with more pasta dishes like tomato, eggplant, mozzarella when we dine out, he does love this as a home-cooked pasta dish.</p>



<p>This dish is also super easy to make, so it&#8217;s one of my go to dishes when I don&#8217;t have much time or want an quick and easy night. I love the colors in this dish and if you have a good source for high quality shrimp and organic broccoli, this dish is amazing. I like all my dishes to be subtle enough to where you really enjoy the taste by the simplicity of the protein and main ingredients.</p>

<p>The sauce or flavoring in a dish should never be the most important thing. Usually, it means you are hiding the taste and quality of the ingredients you are using. Sadly, this is why we don&#8217;t eat out that often, as too many restaurants procure very low quality ingredients. Which is a shame, because I&#8217;m sure their cooking skill and recipes are quite good, but I can always taste the low quality ingredients. No fun&#8230;as my husband would say&#8230;life is too short to not enjoy good food!</p>
