Shoyu Ramen from Scratch – Soy Sauce Broth Ramen

I’ve started making this Shoyu Ramen recently from scratch and this is already the 3rd time.

I always love just eating the delicious food which someone made for you, but it’s also great and important to make the dish yourself and experience the process until it’s actually served on the table so you learn how much effort it really requires and the things about it.

And I gotta say that I’m really glad I’ve found this legit Ramen noodle after all the disappointments with those “wanna-be Ramen noodles” in stores.
